Technical Skills:
• Able to read and understand panel wiring diagrams
• Good understanding of motor control systems: DOL (Direct On Line), Star-Delta, Soft Starter, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), and PLC
• Knowledge of pump commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting
Computer Skills:
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) to create technical reports.
Language:
• Indonesian (Fluent, spoken & written);
• English (Basic / Preferred — able to read technical manuals and error displays).
License & Others:
• Must have active SIM A & SIM C (driving license for cars and motorcycles);
• Ready for field work / mobile service to client sites;
• Good problem-solving skills, honest, and dynamic team player.
2. Main Responsibilities
Pump Commissioning & Troubleshooting:
• Perform testing and commissioning of pump systems at client sites;
• Diagnose and fix mechanical or hydraulic pump problems (flow, pressure, noise, leakage).
Control Panel Commissioning & Troubleshooting:
• Inspect wiring diagrams, test panel operations (DOL, Star-Delta, Soft Starter, VFD, and PLC);
• Identify and repair electrical panel errors, trip issues, or bad components.
Reporting:
• Create detailed Commissioning Reports and Service Reports using MS Word/Excel after finishing the job;
• Explain the test results and basic operation rules to the customer.
