Job description for Internal Audit at PT.TULODONG DELAPANBELAS SEJAHTERA
Job Description:
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Ensure all production processes comply with SOP, GMP, HACCP, and company Food Safety standards.
- Monitor temperature control for storage, cooking, holding, and product distribution.
- Perform hygiene, sanitation, and personal hygiene audits in both Central Kitchen and outlets.
- Identify non-conformities and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection reports, QC documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations teams to maintain product quality consistency.
- Ensure all QC documents are properly recorded and stored for internal and external audit purposes.
Job Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as QC/QA in Food & Beverage or Restaurant industry
- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, and Sanitation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and report writing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, firm, and high integrity.
- Willing to travel for outlet inspections if required.
