We are hiring: Operations Intern
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for daily operational activities for Operations team.
- Organize, maintain, and update operational files, records, and documentation.
- Support coordination and follow-ups with internal teams regarding operational tasks and pending requests.
- Support demand planning activities through data compilation and basic reporting.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with basic formulas is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and careful when handling data and documentation.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn new processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with different teams.
- Previous internship or organizational experience in administration, operations, logistics, or supply chain is a plus, but not mandatory.
