Job Descriptions
- Ensure consistent academic quality and learning standards across all branches in the territory
- Oversee and support the operational implementation of K12 programs
- Monitor and manage the performance of branch teams, including Student Advisors, MT Coaches, and Admin staff
- Ensure teacher fulfilment to support scheduled classes and maintain continuity of learning
- Act as a key liaison between the Headquarter’s academic team and the regional team to ensure alignment in program implementation
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness
- Monitor branch performance and provide recommendations to improve academic quality and operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in academic coordination, education operations, or a similar role within the K12 education sector
- Experience in managing academic programs and operational processes across multiple classes or branches is preferred
- Strong understanding of K12 academic program management and learning quality assurance
- Ability to coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams, including Student Advisors, MT Coaches, and Admin staff
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge central academic teams and regional operations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational or academic issues and propose effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in education institutions, tutoring centers, or edtech environments
- Experience in team coaching, performance monitoring, or operational improvement initiatives
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required
