Job description for Recruitment Intern at PT. Kaya Mulia Anugrah (Gonegani & PAYU.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Source and identify potential candidates through all recruitment platforms
- Review and screen candidates’ CVs based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records
REQUIREMENTS:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology
- Have 3–6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in the fashion, beauty, or related industries will be a plus
- Have a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Available to work WFO in South Jakarta
- Available to join immediately (ASAP)
