Job Descriptions:
- Design and maintain learning content for the operations team
- Develop education materials for onboarding, refresher, and process update
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support operational rollouts
- Evaluate and improve training effectiveness to enhance operational performance
- Conduct learning needs analysis and translate operational requirements into effective training solutions
- Manage learning projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Research and implement innovative learning methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance the learning experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or any related field
- 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training, or Content Development
- Passionate in education and manpower quality development
- Understand instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Creative mindset with good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools, graphic design, video editing, or AI content creation tools is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Power Point) and Google Workspace
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
