Our client, a growing Aesthetic Clinic, is looking for a General Manager to lead the business and its day-to-day operations.
This role will work closely with the Owner and take a bigger role in making sure the business runs well, the teams perform, and the company continues to grow.
The role will cover:
• Overseeing clinic operations across multiple locations
• Setting and driving business and operational targets
• Managing and developing the team
• Monitoring revenue, costs, productivity, and overall performance
• Improving processes and customer experience
• Working closely with the Owner on business decisions and future plans
We’re looking for someone with:
• 10+ years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Experience in aesthetic clinics, beauty, cosmetics, retail, hospitality, or other service businesses
• Experience managing multiple locations or a sizeable operation
• Strong understanding of business performance and numbers
• Good people management and leadership skills
• Someone who can think ahead, but is also willing to get involved when needed
• Strong ownership and decision-making skills
The right person for this role is commercially minded, hands-on, and knows how to get things done.
