Job description for Network Engineer Freelance (Semarang) at PT Graha Karya Informasi

Details:

Have knowledge or experience with Cisco products
Onsite support
Create monthly reports on network devices, daily activities, and engineer timesheets
Preventive maintenance for network devices
Troubleshooting & support install open item (access point, relokasi switch dsb)
Help with halobca anyconnect agent connection issues, from layer 1 to layer 2
Collaboration between teams to solve network connection problems
Network device configuration when there is a request from a halobca user, such as an access point
Assist in important activities such as OS upgrades, switch port changes, etc
Ready to be on call if there is an emergency at the location
One month freelance assignment (October 2026).
