We are looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of our product lifecycle, from problem discovery to end-to-end execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean team, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can seamlessly bridge strategy between Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Own a product, module, or business workstream from problem discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Translate business and user problems into clear product scope, user flows, requirements, and product specifications.
- Define and prioritize product backlog based on business value, user impact, urgency, and feasibility.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Engineering, Operations, and Business to deliver effective product solutions.
- Facilitate product discussions, decision-making, and iterative delivery using Agile practices.
- Coordinate product implementation, rollout, and adoption with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational needs to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to building and improving STC’s product management practices and standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Experience handling project Trucking Management Systems/ Fleet Management System
- Experience in IoT, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving, product thinking, and structured communication skills.
- Experienced in defining product requirements, workflows, business rules, and product documentation.
- Good understanding of Agile / iterative product development.
- Able to manage priorities, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working with SaaS, operational systems, enterprise applications, or complex business processes.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data models, and system integrations is a plus.
