Job description for IT Support at PT Sigma Global Teknologi

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree
Have min experience 3 Years as IT Support
Understand and be able to Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office
Able to work with quick and precise analysis when there are complaints from users about computers
Troubleshooting Hardware ( PC, Printer, Machine), Software (Crash OS, new application to connect the server) and Network (not connect internet, can't connect printer sharing etc)
Understand computer hardware components and can assemble them
Understand about wired and wireless networks
Able to repair network immediately
Understand about malware and data security
Understand how to deal with computer-related devices, such as printers and others
Willing to fully WFO
