Job Description:
1. Conduct internal audits of the company's operational processes.
2. Ensure that all business activities comply with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and applicable regulations.
3. Review and evaluate administrative processes, transactions, documents, company assets, and financial activities.
4. Identify potential risks, discrepancies, errors, and potential irregularities within business processes.
5. Prepare audit reports, including audit findings and recommendations for improvement.
6. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions related to audit findings.
7. Conduct stock opname and inventory audits when required.
8. Coordinate with relevant departments to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
9. Provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.
10. Conduct regular audits and special audits based on management or business requirements.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or other related fields.
2. Have 1–3 years of relevant working experience in an F&B, quick-service restaurant (QSR), international beverage chain, or other large-scale retail/F&B business.
3. Strong understanding of audit processes, internal controls, operational standards, and risk management.
4. Good understanding of store operations, SOP compliance, inventory management, and operational procedures.
5. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
6. Able to identify operational issues, discrepancies, and non-compliance and provide appropriate recommendations for improvement.
7. Good communication and coordination skills.
8. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
9. High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
10. Willing to travel for business trips and conduct audits or visits to stores/outlets when required.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
