Job description for Fullstack - Intern at PT Horus Technology

Kami mencari Fullstack - Intern (onsite) yang memiliki disiplin tinggi, problem-solver sejati, dan siap bekerja dalam lingkungan yang menuntut eksekusi nyata, bukan sekadar belajar & teori .

Fokus utama peran ini adalah membantu pengembangan business-critical system (ERP) serta integrasi fitur berbasis AI dalam arsitektur yang scalable dan secure. Ini bukan program magang biasa. Anda akan diuji untuk berpikir dalam system design, memahami business logic, dan menulis kode level production.

Kami tidak mencari kandidat yang hanya pintar bicara tanpa hasil. Kami mencari eksekutor yang memiliki ownership terhadap apa yang mereka bangun.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Memiliki ownership tinggi terhadap output yang di kerjakan
Terlibat langsung dalam mendesain dan membangun sistem end-to-end (frontend, backend, database).
Membantu pengembangan sistem ERP / workflow-heavy application.
Mendesain dan mengelola RESTful API & service integration.
Menerapkan secure coding dan memastikan performa sistem yang optimal.
Mengelola workflow berbasis Git dan CI/CD pipeline dengan supervisi minimal.
Men-deliver task dan module dengan standar kualitas tinggi dan ownership penuh.
Evaluasi berbasis output, kualitas, dan ownership

Kualifikasi Wajib

Min. Lulusan SMA / SMK & Fresh Graduate ( Tidak sedang Studi ) dari Ilmu Komputer/IT atau bidang terkait.
Wajib menguasai AI-Assisted Coding & Prompt Engineering. Anda harus paham cara mengarahkan AI untuk problem-solving dan arsitektur, bukan sekadar copy-paste pasif dari ChatGPT atau Gemini.
Melampirkan portofolio berupa proyek nyata yang pernah dibangun dari nol hingga deployment ( Nilai Tambah)
Memiliki pemahaman fundamental yang kuat mengenai :

RESTful API design & implementation
Software architecture (MVC, Clean Architecture)
Authentication (JWT) & Database management

Mampu menulis kode yang bersih (clean), terstruktur, dan bisa di-test.
Disiplin, komunikatif, dan tidak anti terhadap kritik/code review.
Siap mengikuti technical assignment sebagai tahap seleksi mutlak.

Cara Kerja & Lingkungan

Sistem kerja onsite dengan metode Agile/Sprint yang terukur dan target .
Evaluasi berbasis output, kecepatan iterasi (dengan bantuan AI), kualitas kode, dan disiplin.
Detail arsitektur sistem dan flow bisnis akan dibahas pada tahap interview dan tunduk pada Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
