Position Overview
As the Reservation Admin, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling bookings, inquiries, and schedules with precision and a smile. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll also bring a strong coordinator mindset and leadership attitude to keep things running smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily reservations and customer inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins
Coordinate dive schedules, guide assignments, and boat logistics
Maintain accurate booking and payment records using our system
Communicate effectively with dive instructors, boat crew, and management
Assist in creating booking reports and performance summaries
Support marketing and creative promotions for dive packages and special offers
Deliver top-tier customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
Resolve issues and handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
Lead by example with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Qualifications
Previous experience in a reservation/admin role (hospitality/tourism/diving preferred)
Excellent written and verbal English (other languages a plus)
Comfortable with basic computer systems, emails, spreadsheets, and booking platforms
Background in scuba diving or water sports a big plus – but not required
Able to work weekends and holidays when needed
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
