Job Description
- Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations.
- Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with managerial-level stakeholders to support the smooth execution of departmental activities.
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective team coordination.
- Act as a backup support for team members when needed.
- Prepare reports, handle administrative tasks, and perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
- Learn and develop professional expertise in the logistics industry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluent in Mandarin, minimum HSK Level 5 or above.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
