Job Description
- Provide private tutoring sessions tailored to students’ academic needs and learning objectives.
- Assist students in understanding subject materials, completing school assignments, and preparing for examinations through structured and effective learning support.
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student's academic level, learning style, and progress.
- Prepare teaching materials, practice exercises, and assessments to support students’ academic achievement.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain effective communication with students and parents regarding academic progress, learning challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Commit to the agreed teaching schedule and maintain professionalism throughout the learning process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Education or a relevant subject area.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferred).
- Experience with international curricula such as Cambridge, IB, Pearson, or IGCSE is an advantage.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Able to develop engaging lesson plans and student-centered learning activities.
- Familiar with assessment, evaluation, and student progress reporting.
- Proficient in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student development.
- Able to teach either on-site (Jakarta Timur Area).
