SENIOR FASHION DESIGNER
REQUIREMENTS
Female, hijab-wearing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing fashion collections from concept to final product.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, textiles, garment construction, and product development.
- Excellent design sense with a strong appreciation for minimalist, timeless, and modern aesthetics.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Ability to translate brand identity and creative direction into cohesive fashion collections.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous fashion collections is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the creative development of seasonal fashion collections, from initial concepts to final product execution.
- Conduct market research, trend forecasting, and competitor analysis to identify new design opportunities.
- Develop collection concepts, mood boards, color palettes, fabric selections, and design directions aligned with brand identity.
- Create detailed fashion sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for production.
- Develop textile designs, prints, patterns, and other creative product details.
- Oversee sample development, fittings, and product revisions to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Source and select fabrics, materials, and trims in collaboration with the product development and production teams.
- Provide creative direction for fashion styling, campaign concepts, and photoshoots.
- Lead, guide, and review the work of the fashion design team to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure collections meet brand standards and business objectives.
