This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and delivering excellent retail service.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐ฑ๐ผ:
- Manage daily operations across three stores, including staff coordination, product displays, inventory, and service standards.
- Serve Chinese-Indonesian and Chinese customers in Mandarin while building strong customer relationships.
- Engage with customers through WeChat and other Chinese social media platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
- Monitor store sales, gather customer feedback, and report updates to the management team.
- Handle other retail operational tasks as assigned by the company.

- Fresh graduates with fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese are welcome to apply
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
- Familiar with WeChat; experience using WeChat Groups, Moments, and customer engagement features is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Willing to work in a retail environment.
- Minimum education: High school graduate; a university degree is preferred.
