IT BUSINESS ANALYST (MIDDLE LEVEL)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / Business Analyst.
- Must have experience in the Fintech industry (Digital Banking, Payment Gateway, E-Wallet, Lending, Banking Systems, or Financial Services).
- Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Proficient in creating BRD, FSD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Process Flows.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiar with API integration, SQL, and database concepts.
- Experienced in supporting SIT, UAT, and functional testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain business and system documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze existing processes and propose system improvements.
- Support SIT/UAT and ensure developed solutions meet business requirements.
