About the Internship Program
To provide practical work experience and prepare young talents for the professional world, PT Total Quality Indonesia is opening an opportunity for the position of Corporate Communication Intern
This program is open to active university students, final-year students, and fresh graduates who are interested in Corporate Communication, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and B2B communication. During the program, interns will gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment and participate in business communication activities and the development of the company's B2B marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
As a Corporate Communication Intern, you will be involved in:
- Introducing company programs and services to potential clients and prospects.
- Communicating with prospects, conducting follow-ups, and inviting them to seminars, training sessions, meetings, and company events.
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects while supporting Sales, Marketing, and Business Development activities.
- Researching and identifying potential clients across various industries.
- Developing creative communication strategies and new B2B sales approaches.
- Evaluating communication activities and collaborating with the team to support company targets.
Qualifications
- Active university students, final-year students, or fresh graduates with a minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Interested in Corporate Communication, Sales, Marketing, or B2B Business Development.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills with a confident personality.
- Creative, proactive, analytical, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to work on-site at PT Total Quality Indonesia.
- Based in Surabaya or surrounding areas.
