- Sozo Dental Depok

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

- Menyambut dan membantu pasien dengan ramah dan profesional, memastikan kepuasan mereka

- Mencatat dan memberikan rekomendasi treatment yang dibutuhkan pasien melalui system

- Melakukan transaksi penjualan dan pembayaran dengan cekatan dan akurat

- Melakukan tugas administrasi terkait operasional klinik

- Melakukan up selling dan cross selling

Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:

- Minimal 6 bulan pengalaman kerja di bidang layanan pelanggan

- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan orientasi pelayanan yang kuat

- Memiliki kepribadian yang ceria, ramah, dan profesional

- Terampil dalam menggunakan alat teknologi seperti komputer dan mesin EDC

- Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim dan fleksibilitas dalam jam kerja
