Job description for Data Analyst at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the achievement of new partner recruitment targets across all areas.
- Process and analyze prospective partner data generated from branding activities.
- Monitor and evaluate visit activities conducted by RM/PIC in each area.
- Track and analyze partner recruitment coverage rate across all areas to ensure effectiveness and balanced coverage.
- Prepare periodic reports on recruitment performance, visit activities, and coverage rates to support evaluation and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (preferred).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
