Creative & Design Intern

We’re looking for a Creative & Design Intern to join our Marketing team, to contribute to Glints’ brand awareness and user/customer base growth by supporting the Marketing team’s activities through creative ideation and visual execution in various formats and channels for respective business units.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Transform briefs into visual storytelling assets (static posts, Reels/TikTok edits, motion, carousels)
• Design based on content objectives (ER, reach, click-throughs)
• Support execution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Stay on top of trends, design tools (Figma, Photoshop), and leverage AI for creative work
• Collaborate with marketers and content strategists in a fast-paced creative squad

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduate from Visual Communication Design or related field (a must)
• Min. 6 months of experience in creative design (internships/projects/freelance OK)
• Jakarta-based & willing to work from office 5 days/week
• Portfolio that shows your digital-first design sense (IG, TikTok, or similar content)
• Passion for branding, storytelling, and social media content
• Open-minded, collaborative, and growth-hungry

Operational Details

• Working arrangement: On-site in RDTX Square, Kuningan, Jakarta
• Working day & hour: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm WIB.
• Glints implements a Bring-Your-Own-Devices policy, meaning employee is expected to bring their own devices to do the day-to-day work
