About Us
We are the exclusive Indonesian distributor of the Polish dermo-cosmetic brands Tołpa and Bielenda, launching on Shopee and TikTok Shop in November 2026. We also manage the Korean skincare brand KAHI across Sephora, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and our own website.
We are looking for an experienced accountant to own our finance function end to end, not just keep the books.
What You’ll Do
Accounting cycle: Own the full accounting cycle for PAA and its related entities, including intercompany billing.
Month-end close and reporting: Close the books by the 10th of each month and proactively deliver a P&L against budget, cash position, and variance commentary in English.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, marketplace settlements (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada), and retailer accounts (Sephora), and identify and resolve discrepancies.
Tax: Prepare and file all monthly taxes (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and PPN) through Coretax, and prepare the annual corporate tax return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
Payroll: Run payroll, including PPh 21 (TER method) and BPJS.
Budget and forecasting: Build the budget and cash flow forecast, and flag risks and opportunities to management.
Processes and controls: Set up finance processes and controls that can scale with a growing business.
External firms: Lead the relationship with our external accounting and audit firms.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle accounting, including at least 2 years as a lead accountant, supervisor, or sole finance person.
Industry: Background in distribution, FMCG, beauty, or e-commerce. Experience reconciling marketplace settlements is a strong plus.
Tax systems: Hands-on experience with Coretax filing.
Certification: Brevet A and B required; Brevet C is a plus.
English: Strong written and spoken English for monthly management reporting.
Audit: Experience working with external auditors.
Software: Advanced Excel; experience with Accurate, Jurnal, or SAP.
Working style: Proactive and self-checking, able to spot problems before they are pointed out.
Location: Full-time, five days a week in our office at Mantra Space, Kebayoran Lama.
