About the role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Showroom Staff to join our team at PT Platinum Ceramics Industry in Semarang/Tangerang/Bandung. As a Marketing Showroom Staff, you will play a crucial role in promoting our premium ceramic & granite products and enhancing the customer experience within our showroom. With a focus on Marketing, customer service, and product knowledge, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and leave with a positive impression of our brand.
What we're looking for
- Minimum diploma/ bachelor degree preferably.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the home decor, interior design, or retail industry.
- Familiar to working with target.
- Advanced in english (written & verbally) would be advantage.
- Willing to be placed in our showroom at Tangerang/Bandung.
