● Supervising the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software throughout the hotel. Ensuring a stable internet network and well-functioning IT equipment. ● Safeguarding sensitive guest and hotel data by implementing security measures such as firewalls, data encryption, and proper access management (domain controlling). ● Providing technical support to guests and hotel staff regarding hardware and software. Addressing day-to-day technical issues and delivering effective solutions. ● Providing training to hotel staff on the use of new hardware and software. Ensuring they can efficiently utilize technology. ● Managing the recruitment process for new hotel staff, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings through Glints, Jobstreet, Telegram, Whatsapp, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions with the hotel owner. Ensuring that the right candidates are selected for various positions within the hotel. ● Identifying training needs, designing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Facilitating career development opportunities and succession planning. ● Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner. Promoting a positive work environment and addressing issues that might affect employee morale. ● Through the OTA, SocialMedia and Google Adwords, developing and promoting special packages, deals, and offers to attract different types of guests and encourage longer stays or additional spending on hotel & restaurant services. ● Along with the EAM, monitor the pricing strategies and offerings of competitor hotels in the market. Making informed decisions on pricing and packages to maintain competitiveness.
