PT. Sumatra Resources Indonesia is the parent company of the Ucokdurian.id brand, which provides durian fruit and its products directly from farmers to customers, both wholesale and retail, based on technology. Apart from being one of the company's stakeholders, my responsibility at Ucok Durian is as Chief Operation Officer for the D.I Region. Yogyakarta, Central Java and East Java. My job is to make sure all company operations (Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, Production, Partnerships, etc.) are running according to the company's vision and mission. To execute all these tasks, I create a small team which included Customer Service (for handling Sales, handling objection, and other opportunity), Social Media Specialists, Designer, Front End Developer, and Digital Marketing. I really take advantage of technology which was my specialty at the previous startup company. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Ads (FB, IG, etc.), Social Media Insight (FB, IG), Google Trends, Facebook Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEM RUSH, Whatsapp Chat Boot, Platformax CRM, etc. are tools that I often use to help my work. In my work that involves many parties, from farmers, suppliers, customers, to company partners, I am required to always be focused, deep analyzing, creative, and always prioritizing the company's vision and mission.

Web Media Technology Indonesia is not just a job for me, but it's been like my second family. There are so many things and experiences I have learned here. I am involved in a lot of important work as a manager (I started from the Call Center Staff) to enhance the growth of our new business, service Niagaweb.co.id website. I am responsible for increasing the company's revenue from 2 core business inside (Niagahoster - Domain Hosting & Niagaweb - Web Development) through a variety of channels, be it online Telemarketing, Customer Support, Outbond Marketing/Offline (Direct Selling), Inbound Marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEM Rush, Social Ads like FB, IG,etc. , Social Analytics through FB&IG, UI/UX, Social Community, etc.) through both existing customers and new customers and maintain good relations with third parties (partner companies). The main job today is to find new marketing strategies to increase sales services company in conjunction with my Excelent team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Product Development, Programmer/Developer, Content Editor, Designer, Digital Marketing), which I am directly responsible to the CEO of the company. I led the marketing team consisting of Sales, Content Editor, Social Media Specialist, Web Developer and Graphic Designer. I am happy to communicate with customers, knowing their business, discuss their business plan forward, and resolve problems businesses that they face today by leveraging the capabilities and experience in conducting sales, online and offline marketing, analysis website, Cold Calling, copywriting & Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Handling Objection and ZMOT (Zero Moment Of Truth/People Behavior).
