Shaurya has been working in the marketing function after completing his post-graduation from MICA. He has been able to gain experience in multiple industries such as FMCG, Entertainment, Apparels, Financial services, gaming, and consumer electronics. He has led and built teams through the course of his career and is proficient with different aspects of communication planning along with media strategy. In his last role at HDFC Life, he managed all the digital brand-led initiatives that involve both content development and distribution. As part of his role, he led teams for social media marketing, online reputation management, creative communication development, website management, web analytics, SEO, and media planning. As a core team member, he has actively worked with GBG (Google business group) Mumbai which is a community-led group formed by individuals passionate about digital ventures and entrepreneurship. GBG is supported by Google. He helped startups at different stages while advocating the use of Google products. He loves to write poetry in his free time and hopes to publish a book someday. He aspires to contribute more to the world through what he writes, thinks, and executes.
