Day To Day lead EOD Processing Mainframe IBM ES9000 for Cardpac, AS400 for SIBS, BANKVISION, ASCCEND, SICS, BANKTRADE & UNIX for MUREX Treasury Applications. 2. Lead DC operators responsible for daily, weekly and monthly data back-up AS400, Mainframe IBM ES9000 & All servers. 3. Solving Branch if any problem time out of transaction BDS,KSEI,SWIFT, RTGS in level 1. 4. Responsible for EOD daily: AS400 & All application servers such as: SWIFT-SAA, RTGS, SKN, PAS, BWCCS, GFMS GL, Finnone Collection, e-statement process etc. 5. Manage DRC system backup for IT Data Center & maintain working on 8 persons Shift Schedules. 6. Monitoring the availability of network, all branch servers by remoting Systems. 7. Responsible for availability of performance ATM , Merchant , Visa , Alto , Master, Cirrus etc. 8. Submit Incoming and Outgoing MASTER CARD and VISA Processing & make sure job ended normally. 9. Create ticket incident if any error processing to servicedesk & escalated up to management if any critical problems. 10. Perform and execute all batch process tasks in data center in accordance with SOP & Checklist in order to get smooth process and achieve SLA. 11. Develop and maintain standards and procedures for disaster recovery documentation. 12. Review existing disaster recovery, or business continuity plans at Data Center Operation. 13. Prepare and test documented disaster recovery strategies and plans. 14. Perform directly with Business Continuity Management to maintain entire Disaster Recovery program, assist every aspect of Disaster Recovery functions. 15. Ensure plans of Disaster Recovery for entire sites are executable and complete. 16. Perform to reduce Disaster Recovery pertinent audit findings. 17. Participate with all internal audit processes and batch EOD process at Data Center Operation. 18. Create or administer training and awareness presentations or materials. 19. Coordinate the efforts of staff members in different functional areas to develop procedures for the continuity of business process in a disaster situation. 20. Responsible for perform and make sure swing DR process that executed by Data Center Operator is running well and in-line with the procedure. 21. Supervise and coordinate with Data Centre team as well as maintain good relations with another unit team in areas in order to meet the satisfaction goal.
