Monitoring, Technical , and Administrative Support - Monitor and execute end to end business process of HR Transaction such as payroll process, casual labor management, local hiring, administrative support for medical claim. - Execute and monitor external vendor compliance through audit process - Work closely with function leader to collate, update, and report relevant information related to HR Transaction and HR Monitoring 2. Analysis and Research Interpreter - Mapping out employee demography in Central Java Operation to analyze the effectiveness of health facility collaboration with company - On going develop recruitment tools using sentiment analysis through Employee Application Form - Analyze working hours of casual labor related to disciplinary action - Analyze the effectiveness of Female Recruitment through approach user needed and satisfaction 3. Business Process Improvement - Ensure all the regulation and policy are carried out properly - Assist in managing projects and initiatives related to monitoring, reporting, and Evaluation - As supporting function , the projects which currently handled are Health Talk Program (related to increase employee well being), E-Payment Request (transform manual HR Transaction to digital HR Platform), National Time Attendance (aligning all attendance system be more transparent and accurate, Recruitment Female Front Liner (increasing woman empowerment ratio), and also leverage hospitality cooperation to provide employee health facility. - Build and develop E-Payment Request automation using Microsoft Power Automate feature. 4. Coordination and Relationship - Work closely with Union to support employee engagement activity - Coordinate with function leader to support HR Transaction and relevant projects - Work closely with stakeholder, local man power to support hiring process, - Assist in ensuring all data information related to HR transaction are accessible and available for all employee
