Melisa is a Management graduate from Bina Nusantara University, concentrated in Business Development Management. During her studies, she joined an organisation at Bina Nusantara University called Keluarga Mahasiswa Buddhis Dhammavaddhana (KMBD) as a member of Badan Gema Dhammavaddhana. She had published the article "Perbedaan 3 Aliran Dalam Agama Buddha" on KMBD's website. She was also selected as a PIC for the Consumer Division of KMBD's 30th Birthday. She has internship experience as a digital marketing officer at education startup and as an official campus ambassador at international organization. Another experience that improved her skill was the opportunity to present her research at the international conference in Istanbul, Turkey. Even though she only presented it online. She is familiar with the content and ad creation, using copywriting techniques and Canva to promote products to social media. She is motivated to work as an individual contributor or as a part of a team. Melisa is interested in digital marketing, business development, and sales management. It allows online shoppers to receive a small percentage of their purchases on the platform, paid for through affiliate programs by the merchant. - Creating and analyzing deep dive reports for merchants periodically supported by Metabase. - Collaborating with Operations and Marketing teams to promote merchants on ShopBack, also collaborating with Finance team to follow up on merchants' overdue payments. - Arranging and coordinating client meetings, also creating and monitoring client databases. - Arranging and securing the upsize and exposure plans periodically for more than 10 merchants. - Assisting in the preparation of pitches and presentations for prospective clients, also creating MoM for recapping the meeting with clients.
