Currently I work as Head of People and Culture Project at Solutiva Consulting Indonesia. I contribute by creating new programs to offer to clients. One client who has used it is Aqua Plat Citeureup. Prior to this I worked as a Regional Training Specialist, focusing on providing training to Sales and Customer Care people in 6 Asian countries. I also did coaching for Sales in Indonesia and succeeded in recording the best sales among Asian countries in the 4th quarter of 2022, the 1st semester of 2023 and the 3rd quarter of 2023. I also have experience in the world of FMCG manufacturing, Suntory Garuda Beverage. I am responsible for the learning development of 8 plants throughout Indonesia. Apart from that, I also participated in establishing a Sales Development Program which was successful in boosting sales after the pandemic.

At SEEK Asia, my role involves comprehending the business landscape of the country and actively collaborating with leaders and stakeholders. This collaboration is aimed at pinpointing training requirements aligned with the business objectives and addressing skill gaps among employees. I am responsible for conducting training sessions for sales and customer experience teams across six countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines. Additionally, I maintain ongoing communication with regional and country-based teams to identify suitable training programs. Furthermore, I am engaged in assessing and selecting external training vendors and programs. I participate in trainer development programs as identified by regional and country teams and endeavor to create training content tailored to each country's specific needs if such content is not readily available within the organization. I also adapt regional training programs when necessary. My responsibilities include analyzing call and visit monitoring results and organizing refresher training sessions as required. Additionally, I plan and establish training delivery schedules. To ensure the effectiveness of the training programs, I evaluate the outcomes and make necessary improvements. I also engage in call monitoring, analysis, and calibration activities.

At Suntory Garuda, I have a role to manage development at Head Office and Business Units in 8 Plants, especially to develop technical competencies. My main task is to develop employee competencies through training, coaching and mentoring. Apart from that, I also develop activities with the aim of increasing employee engagement and managing performance management Nowadays, i develop Sales Academy as a part of development program for Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. And, during this pandemic, I am responsible for increasing employee interest in self-development through an digital learning system. This system was designed by Suntory Singapore, but I tried to develop material that was not in the system, and made the material in the form of audio video. I am also involved in Suntory Garuda CSR program "Mizuiku". an education program that educate childern to love and keep clean water

At Agro Boga Utama I contributed and studied extensively. Even though my role is Training & Development Spv, but I am also trusted to be part of the team for drafting Company Regulations, team performance reviews, Work Load Analysis and develop Warehouse Development Programs. Apart from that, I was also a team for drafting SOPs for several tasks. Such as SOP in warehouse, transportation, and in HR itself. In Agro Boga Utama, I am also entrusted with being the development team for the subsidiary, namely the retail store. I was involved from the very beginning of this retail shop. Until the end of my career here, I was still a sales coach maintaining customer service in this subsidiary.

Garment and apparel is a new world for me. However, Kurnia Asta Surya is a very interesting place for me. I am not only play a role as a Training spv, but also carry out the recruitment function. As a training spv, I was given the mandate to increase sales from the training side. I traveled around Indonesia to provide training to Sales persons and their coordinators. What I am doing is trying to fix customer service gestures and patterns. Thankfully, my efforts and the sales team were successful. Sales at that time were up 35%. Beside all training stuff, I do recruitment and Industrial relation for KAS and Burgundy Resto. I recruit Staff - Manager level. I made "Perjanjian Kerja" and manage contract for operator level.

Apart from that, I am also responsible for building a positive work culture. Sounds simple? Not really, because BCS is a company that has been around for a long time, and there is a new culture that the company management wants to implement. This is a challenge for me, and I apply it by means of socializing and communicating in a persuasive way. I am also responsible for developing the MT program. an existing program was considered a failure, and I overhauled it. The MT that I coached was successful. My achievement was meeting the needs of 100 people for Krakatau Posco, with 3 different positions, within 2 months. Faster than the specified target.
