Practical site / marine / construction / logistics / operations experience.

• Able to conduct risk assessment and write safe work procedures.

• Able to speak to ground workers firmly.

• Able to write reports clearly.

• Able to use basic digital tools: Excel, Google Drive, portal, forms, photos, checklists.

• Willing to go ground, vessel, pier, shipyard, and site — not office-only.

• Marine, shipyard, port, logistics, construction, or heavy operations background.

• bizSAFE / ISO / audit experience.

• Incident investigation experience.

• Experience with MOM inspection, customer safety audit, or contractor safety requirements.

• Experience creating safety matrix, monthly WSH report, and a corrective action tracker.
