• Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Minggu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp2,700,000 - Rp2,900,000 per bulan

This Position are for our Ubud outlet, Bongkasa Outlet and Uluwatu Outlet

Welcoming guest and seat the guest in friendly and professional manner

• Present menus and offffer best seller menu to the guest and suggest the guest with the

menu

• Taking the order accurately and relay the captain order to the kitchen or bar

• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring aGenHon to detail and guest saHsfacHon

• Make sure the food in captain order and the food that deliver to the table is correct and

complete

• Check on guest to anHcipate needs and address any concerns

• Clear tables, reset seJngs, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area

• Follow restaurant service standards and health regulaHons

• Upsell addiHonal products when appropriate like drinks or dessert

• Handle billing and payments effiffifficiently and accurately

• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and houskeeping teams for seamless service

• Polish all the plate,cutleris, and glass with clean napkins

• Make Sure all equipment clean and neadly arranged

• Preparing equipment for catering 1 day before

• Set up Buffffet in catering locaHon

• Preparing equipment for Buffet 1 day before in restaurant

• Make Sure all menu and the equipment in the buffet complete
