Core Objective: To drive revenue by converting leads into monthly and yearly villa rentals, specifically targeting the expatriate and digital nomad market in Ubud. Key Responsibilities: Conduct professional villa inspections and site visits with international clients. Collect villa details (locations, facilities, amenities, pricing, and availbility). Ensure all information is consistent, error-free, and up to date. Proactively manage and respond to inquiries for long-term stays (monthly/yearly). Negotiate rental rates and manage lease agreement terms to ensure successful closings. Maintain a high level of customer service to build long-term relationships with tenants. Assist the team in communicating with villa owners for occasional listing updates. Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D1) in any field. At least 2 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate or Villa Rental experience in Ubud is a major plus). Excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong public speaking skills, highly confident, and a professional appearance. Proven track record in closing high-value sales or rental contracts.
