Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor & Partnership Intern to support our partnership and vendor-related activities. This role offers hands-on experience in managing vendor relationships, assisting in contract processes, and supporting internal coordination—especially in the events, venues, and production industries.

Responsibilities
Vendor & Partnership Support

- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Support the negotiation and preparation of vendor agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and minimal risk.
- Research and identify potential vendors or partnership opportunities.
- Maintain and update vendor and partnership databases and related documentation.
Internal Process Support
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
- Assist in compiling project data, reports, and campaign documentation to support cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of negotiation or contract processes is a plus.
- Previous internship experience in events, venues, or production industries is preferred.
- Ability to create simple project proposals or presentations is a plus.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with availability to work from Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta as needed.

Job Description
