About the role

As a Utility Supervisor at PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's utility systems. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang/Semarang, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's utilities, including power, water, and waste management.

Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (strong current specialization is an advantage).

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Utility Supervisor.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills.

Good understanding of WWTP/WRP processes and utility machinery, both electrical and mechanical.

Willing to be placed at Tangerang.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the utility section to ensure the continuous supply of utilities to the factory.

Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to keep utility equipment and infrastructure in good working order

Monitoring and analysing utility usage data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Coordinate the WWTP/WRP section to achieve effectiveness and efficiency at the WWTP/WR plant.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance for the WWTP/WRP and utility systems.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure utility requirements are met and aligned with the overall business objectives

Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standard
