Responsible for overseeing all aspects of e-commerce, sales, and customer service related to cruise bookings. This includes managing and optimizing promotional campaigns, resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate reports, and representing the company at events. Additionally, you will support corporate functions and initiatives to drive overall business success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee e-commerce operations, including managing chatbots, pricing, financial aspects, and marketing campaigns to drive online sales and customer engagement.
Stay updated on cruise packages, special offers, and promotions to ensure customers are well informed of the best available deals.
Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring follow-up after bookings to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure positive experiences and customer retention.
Ensure the accurate completion of all necessary documentation, including travel documents, reservation details, and confirmation information.
Manage and maintain detailed reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
Represent the company at roadshows, travel fairs, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to the corporate team, including conducting site inspections, preparing group quotations, and following up on pending matters.
Lead and coordinate tours.
Handle various ad-hoc responsibilities as required to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of GCE "O" Level with 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments.
Previous experience in cruise sales or a related field is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
