Job Responsibilities
Advise customers on travel destinations, tour packages, and travel options
Handle flight, hotel, transfer, and tour bookings.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client needs
Assist with visa applications and travel documentation requirements
Manage reservations using booking systems.
Handle customer service enquiries, issues, and travel-related changes professionally
Promote travel products and packages to achieve sales targets
Ensure smooth coordination of all travel arrangements for a seamless customer experience
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & above; Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality is preferred
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, CRM systems, and social media platforms
Prior experience in travel sales and customer service is an advantage
Team-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently
Willing and able to work weekends and retail hours
IATA/UFTAA certification is an advantage
