We are seeking a trader to join our Digital Assets desk. This role combines active portfolio management with hands-on trading execution and strategic investment leadership.

The successful candidate will manage the firm’s cryptocurrency asset portfolio while driving trading activities, automation initiatives, and market strategy. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, technically strong professional who thrives in fast-moving crypto markets and can bridge discretionary judgment with systematic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide quotes and execute trades with counter parties using in-house systems

Develop and execute trading strategies across spot and derivatives markets through both manual and automated frameworks

Analyze crypto market micro-structure, liquidity dynamics, and price behavior to inform positioning and execution

Incorporate macroeconomic and Web3 industry trends into portfolio and trading strategies

Lead research, investment sourcing, due diligence, and ongoing portfolio monitoring

Partner closely with quantitative, risk, and technology teams to enhance automation, execution quality, and strategy performance

Monitor risk metrics and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements

Prepare trading commentary, research reports, and portfolio updates for senior stakeholders

Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and partnership meetings

Requirements

0–2 years’ experience in trading, treasury, portfolio management, or business development

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Proven experience in cryptocurrency markets with strong understanding of OTC structure, liquidity, and derivatives

Strong knowledge of crypto market micro-structure and macro drivers

Familiarity with AWS environments

Experience with systematic or algorithmic trading systems preferred

Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred

Self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable in a high-pressure trading environment
