Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above with 1–3 years of experience in TikTok KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably in the Indonesian market or pet industry.

Fluent in English and/or Indonesian, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Strong skills in planning, project management, business negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.

Data-driven and result-oriented, with the ability to analyze ROI and optimize campaign performance.

Target-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership experience and overseas brand development background are a plus.

Job Description:

Develop KOL strategies, expansion plans, and monthly targets for the Indonesian TikTok market with localized influencer campaigns.

Source and manage Indonesian creators, live streamers, KOCs, and MCNs while building a strong pet-category talent pool.

Handle end-to-end influencer collaborations, including negotiation, contracts, sample delivery, content review, and publishing schedules.

Lead and manage 2 local team members through task delegation, progress tracking, training, and cross-language coordination.

Drive TikTok influencer GMV and ROI performance while managing CPS, targeted commission, and paid slot negotiations efficiently

Plan influencer campaigns and product seeding strategies aligned with launches, promotions, and local events.

Monitor TikTok platform updates, competitor strategies, and market trends to ensure compliance and stable operations.

Adjust influencer content and livestream schedules flexibly based on inventory conditions to maximize resources and sales performance.
