Job Description :
Provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with apartment tenants/residents.
Handle tenant complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
Communicate apartment policies, regulations, and facility information to tenants.
Support the implementation of tenant engagement activities or community events.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, Communication, or a related field.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tenant relations is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
