Job Summary

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Work location: MND Tower Block, 5 Maxwell Road (Nearest MRT Maxwell)

Employment type: 1 year contract

Key responsibilities

Triage public feedback received by the Municipal Services Office (MSO) through various channels

Routing feedback to the rightful agency in an accurate and timely manner

Replying to feedback submitted by members of public

Contacting members of public, when needed, to clarify their feedback

Requirement

At least a Diploma in any field

Experience with feedback management/triaging is an advantage

Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
