Telemarketing Executive (Appointment Setting)

Role Overview

Straits Immigration is seeking a Telemarketing Executive (Appointment Setting) to support our client acquisition team by engaging prospective clients interested in immigration and residency-related services, and securing consultation appointments with our immigration consultants.

In addition to appointment setting, this role includes light ad-hoc administrative and front-desk support, such as welcoming walk-in guests and assisting with basic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads from marketing campaigns and enquiries

Introduce Straits Immigration’s services clearly and professionally

Qualify prospects based on interest and basic eligibility indicators

Book and confirm consultation appointments for consultants

Follow up with clients via calls or WhatsApp to reduce no-shows

Update call outcomes and client details accurately in CRM / tracking systems

Welcome and assist walk-in clients with basic enquiries and registration

Support ad-hoc administrative tasks when required

Adhere to approved scripts, PDPA, and compliance guidelines

Meet daily and weekly call and appointment KPIs

Requirements

Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or call centre roles preferred

Confident, professional, and friendly phone manner

Good spoken English (Mandarin or other languages is an advantage)

Comfortable handling objections and client enquiries

Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp)

Reliable, organised, and target-driven
