I.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspecting buildings structure of the plant, roof, and offices to ensure they are consistent with safety standard.

Inspecting equipment of utilities such us compressor, pump system, firefighting system, and clean water system.

Inspecting electrical system, transformer, MVMDB and LVMDB panels and sub-distribution panels to ensure all the electricity works properly and consistent with safety standard.

Civil and building reparation.

Implementing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures in general utility.

Executing maintenance activity based on schedule.

Controlling and monitoring all suppliers that work at the plant.

Conducting periodic maintenance checks on equipment of utilities and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Troubleshooting problem that occurs in equipment and machinery of utilities.

Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.

Helping to develop and implement the budget for the technology & maintenance department.

Record history of the machine in general utility.

Take care of machine and equipment of utilities.

Maintaining the inventory records for spare parts and equipment of utilities.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Operations or equivalent field of study preferred.

Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.

Currently holding a certificate for HSE for Electrical Work (K3 Kelistrikan) technician would be preferred.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing industry (Automotive company or similar is highly preferred).

In-depth knowledge of electrical, pneumatics and hydraulic systems.

Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.

Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

Effective problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be well-organized and could prioritize tasks.

Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
