Minimum Qualifications

• Translate business needs and requirements into actionable user stories and product features.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features align with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of product features and improvements.
• Use AGILE-SCRUM methodologies to manage product development cycles (including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming).
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Design and manage user-centric processes and ensure the product experience aligns with user expectations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for product features, user stories, and user requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance, ensuring the product meets the highest standards.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure external integrations and product deployment are successful.
• Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor products to suggest improvements and enhancements.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems.
• 3+ of experience as a IT Product Owner with engineering background.
• Proven experience in Agile-Scrum methodology.
• Solid understanding of business processes, activities, and user story creation.
• Technical background with experience in mobile/web/desktop development and related technologies.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise systems, microservices, OOP concepts, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing teams and influencing decisions.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
