About the role
PT Krakatau Posco is seeking a talented Tax Staff (Contract) to join our dynamic team in Cilegon, Banten. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and requirements. What you'll be doing

Preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant tax submissions

Providing tax advisory services to the business, including identifying tax planning opportunities

Conducting tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with the latest tax laws and regulations

Liaising with tax authorities and responding to tax inquiries or audits

Maintaining thorough and up-to-date tax records and documentation

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance across the organisation

Assisting with tax audits and responding to queries from tax authorities

Staying informed of changes in tax laws and regulations, and updating internal processes accordingly

What we're looking for

Relevant university degree in Taxation or accounting

Minimum 3 years of experience in a tax-related role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

Excellent knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations

Proven experience in Tax Audit Handling, Tax Objections, and Tax Appeals is a plus

Familiar with Transfer Pricing Documentation and OECD Guidelines

Holding Brevet C is strongly preferred (Brevet A & B also desirable)

Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills

Proficient in using tax-related software and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to be placed in Cilegon
