Job Responsibilities:
Assists our Tax Advisory – PCS Teams with their tax compliance obligations and help to enhance their commercial value through tax planning, and incorporating tax strategies into an overall business strategy.
BDO’s corporate tax practice is focused on finding opportunities and leveraging them to create a competitive advantage for our clients by helping them to be tax efficient.
Equipped with a sound knowledge of various industries and intricacies of local tax laws, our corporate tax practice works closely with our clients to identify and deliver tax planning ideas and advice that offer value to their businesses.
The successful candidates will be:
Preparing and reviewing clients' corporate tax returns
Assisting clients in resolutions of tax issues with the tax authority
The ideal candidate should:
Possess a University degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business and Law with relevant 2-3 years tax experience preferably with an International Accounting Firm (Senior Associate) 4-5 years (Assistant Manager) 6-8 years ( Managers) 8 years & above (Senior Manager/Associate Director)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mind and meticulous skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Have an outward-looking, people-oriented personality with great communication skills as well as an analytical mind, leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team
Be strongly driven and committed to deliver cutting-edge
