What you'll be doing

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates

Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements

Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition

Provide HR generalist support, including processing payroll, managing employee records, and addressing employee queries

What we're looking for

Fluent in English

Able to Join ASAP

Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist roles in Construction Company

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the employee lifecycle

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

Proficient in using HR and recruitment-related tools and technologies

Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
