We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team in the Food and Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will prepare a variety of sushi dishes, maintain high-quality standards, and provide exceptional dining experiences. Creativity and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and present sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls.

- Select and source fresh, high-quality ingredients like fish and vegetables.

- Work with the culinary team to create and innovate sushi menu items.

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep the kitchen clean and safe.

Requirements :

- Culinary degree or training in Japanese cuisine preferred.

- 2-5 years as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role in the FnB industry.

- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and Japanese culinary traditions.

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
