Job Summary
Responsible for handling full spectrum of BOM management and supply chain management esp. Production labour hour & material requests.
Responsible for handling and providing administrative support such as LN systems, warehouse receipts.
Responsible for handling project Handbook (HB) document control process and providing clerical administrative support to China Suppliers.
Establishing and maintaining essential communication rapport with China vendors on Logistics requirement.
Job Descriptions
Providing clerical administrative support on Production Labour hours, Production Material requests & issue.
Receiving, verification and acknowledge receipt of the vendor documents in accordance with agreed document control procedure.
Register, Organize, Filing and Maintenance of project drawings / Certificates / Test reports / correspondences with vendor.
Issue documents with transmittal to Operations and other departments esp. BOM.
Interface with Internal Stakeholders on billing issues / discrepancies with Vendor.
Coordination of daily logistics and warehousing activities including LN system inputs & HB.
Liaise and coordinate with internal customers and external suppliers on administrative matters.
Handling Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, etc. for BOM management and processing.
Handling full spectrum of shipping documents (e.g. bill of ladings, invoice, pacing list, etc.) for Import & Export.
Monitoring & liaising with Vendor / 3PL / 4PL for delivery / order fulfilment.
Streamline the process and communication between suppliers, warehouse.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Assist in warehouse activities if required eg warehouse receipt, stock count, item transaction etc.
Preparing, Handling & Managing China Handbook
Assist Engineering on Manhours Data Entry into LN
Job Requirements
GCE ‘O' or ‘N’ level/Nitec/Diploma
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin language as the role requires liaising with Mandarin speaking suppliers.
Computer literate and proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Knowledge in ERP, SAP etc. would be added advantage.
Resourceful, good problem solving and analytical skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with different levels of people.
Organized and able to manage multiple activities, programs timely and tight work deadlines.
Min. 1 – 2 years in customer support / order processing role experience.
Min. 1 – 2 years logistics / warehouse experience.
